🚀 Getting Started
1. Log in with Rollyy ID
Click "Log in with Rollyy ID" on the home page. You'll be redirected to Rollyy ID to authenticate. Once done, you'll land on your dashboard.
2. Connect Google Calendar
From your dashboard, click "Connect Google Calendar". Grant Rollyy Calendar read access to your calendar. This allows smart availability detection — your busy times are automatically excluded from bookable slots.
3. Create your first event
Click "+ New Event". Fill in the event title, duration, date range, and available time windows. Hit "Create Event & Get Booking Link" to generate a shareable link.
🔗 Booking Links
Sharing your link
Every event has a unique booking link (e.g. calendar.rollyy.com/book/your-event-id). Share it via email, Telegram, or anywhere else. Guests do not need a Rollyy account to book.
What guests see
Guests land on a page showing your available time slots. They pick a slot, enter their name and email, and optionally leave a message. They'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
Slot protection
Each time slot can only be booked once. Rollyy Calendar uses atomic database transactions to prevent double-bookings even under concurrent requests.
📅 Smart Availability
How it works
When a guest views your booking link, Rollyy Calendar queries your Google Calendar for busy times in real time. Any events already on your calendar are automatically subtracted from the available slots.
Fallback mode
If your Google Calendar is not connected, guests will see the raw time windows you defined when creating the event, chunked into duration-length slots with a 5-minute buffer between each.
Syncing
Confirmed bookings are automatically added to your Google Calendar. Use the "🔄 Sync" button on your dashboard to manually refresh your calendar data.
📋 Managing Bookings
Viewing bookings
Go to Dashboard → Bookings to see all incoming bookings across all your events. Filter by confirmed or cancelled status.
Email notifications
You receive an email notification whenever someone books a slot. Guests receive a confirmation email with the event details and booking reference.
Booking reference
Each booking has a unique reference ID shown on the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. Use this to identify specific bookings.
❓ FAQ
Can I have multiple events?
Yes — create as many bookable events as you need. Each gets its own unique booking link.
What if I want to block a time slot manually?
Add a regular event to your Google Calendar during that time. Smart availability will automatically exclude it.
Is there a booking limit per event?
Yes — you can set a maximum number of bookings when creating an event. Once the limit is reached, the slot is closed.
What timezones are supported?
The booking page detects your guest's timezone automatically and displays slots in their local time. Internally all times are stored as UTC.
